Career
Before joining the GCSP he taught at the Graduate Institute for International Studies in Geneva (1981–1996). Chubin is director of research at the Geneva Centre for Security Studies in Switzerland. Robert South. Litwak is director of the Division of International Studies at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, District of Columbia
