Career
A wingman from the North Adelaide Football Club, he was taken at pick 26 in the 2006 American Federation of Labor-Congress Draft. He played 16 games in his debut season, scoring 11 goals in total. In 2009 Edwards was in and out of the side but was recalled for Jade Rawlings"s first game as coach in round 12 against West Coast.
Originally from the Adelaide suburb of Salisbury, his father Greg Edwards was also a talented football player and also played for North Adelaide.
He is currently the chief executive officer of the club
