Career
Shannon is an editorial and runway model based in New York City. Soon after moving to New York from Alexandria, Virginia, she was offered a contract from Elite Model Management that launched her fashion career. Shannon has walked the runway for designers such as Giorgio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch, Sophie Theallet She has appeared in magazines such asVogue,Cosmopolitan, Zink, Fitness and InStyle Shannon plays the water goddess of death in The History Channel"s emmy nominated series, Vikings.
Shannon is strongly committed to several charities that she works closely with, including Project Sunshine, Fashion Delivers, and the National Mississippi Society.
Currently, she is spearheading a large-scale fashion charity event in October for the National Mississippi Society in Washington, District of Columbia. Shannon is also the model in the FearlessMS campaign shot by photographer Angela Cappetta. The two collaborated on this project in 2011 and continue to work together on Mississippi charity work.
