Achievements include research in arbuzov rearrangement in organocobalt halide complexes, synthesis and reactivity of cyclopentadienyl ironcarbonyl complexes, hydrosilylation catalysis, organo-silicone synthesis and reactivity; development of new silicone surfactant products for CFC reduced urethane foam applications; development of organo-silicone crosslinked polymers for sealant and adhesive applications.
