Career
In 2000, Sheikhnor founded and became the President/Chief Executive Officer of a Rochester, Minnesota-based company called Primtec. Sheikhnor also co-founded an influential volunteer-based nonprofit organization called the Somali Institute of Peace Research (SIPR).
