She is a resident of Gilbert, Arizona. In 2007, Shelby played in seven Junior Series events earning 1,585 points. At Stone Creek Golf Club in Urbana, Illinois, she received second place and at the United States Air Force Academy’s Eisenhower Golf Club, she placed fourth.
