Career
He used to be the head baseball coach at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is now the Assistant to the Athletic Director at UTSA. He was nicknamed Sherbett during his baseball playing days. lieutenant was a play on his first and last name.
In 1988, Corbett led all major-leaguers with the highest Georgia/FS, or glasses area to face size ratio.
