He stresses over Islamic Revolution of Iran and wants to establish Wilayat System. In 2013, Naqvi was banned by Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif from lecturing at Masjid-e-Muhammadi in Lahore, over fears that his lectures would incite action against oppression. This occurred after Police deliberately prevented Naqvi"s security from entering the mosque, sparking mass protests outside the mosque.
Naqvi is also the founder of the monthly magazine Masharab-e-Naab. Naqvi is the founder and leader of the Madressa This Madressa is now much popular not even in Lahore but in whole Pakistan as well as in other neighbouring countries including Iran and India. He is also the founder and leader of Jamia Jafferiya and Jamia Umm-ul-Kitab for women. He is also the founder and leader of Jamia Deen-ul-Qayim Virtual Islamic Seminary.
