In 1925 graduated from Tokyo University.

Career

Served as director of the Toshiba Electric Research Institute and professor of Tokai University. Is professor of the Engineering Department of Tohoku University and emeritus president of Tokai University. Rendered a number of outstanding researches in the field of electron engineering and electric communication engineering.
