Career
Shigetsugu Yoshioka was served the Shogunate. He originated Yoshioka school of metal craftsmen. An image of Buddha that stands beside the tomb of the second Tokugawa Shogun Hidetada at Shiba, Tokyo, bears the signature and is believed to have been cast when he was 73 years old.
