Background

Shigeyoshi was born in 1901, in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.

Education

He graduated from Tohoku University.

Career

After graduating from Tohoku University,he became an authority on electrical engineering and was appointed chief of general affairs section of Dai-Nihon Yokusankai (Imperial Rule Assistance Association).He is presently president of Tokai College.
