Career
After graduating from Koriyama Middle School, Shikio Inoue became a contractor for engineering works and later switched to the hide and skin business. He was the most prosperous businessman in his Prefecture and at one time owned more than 20 factories. Shortly after the termination of World War II he distributed over 45 chobu of land free to his villagers. As a politician, is a member of the Liberal Party and was once a member of Diet.
