Career
Shiko Sekiguchi served as court judge (1911-1913). Began practice of law (1913). He became inspection commissioner of Gumma Prefecture (1946). Elected mayor of Maebashi City for his second term (1951). Elected twice to Gumma Prefectural Assembly and once to House of Representatives. President of Maebashi Municipal Junior College of Technology.
Membership
Served as member of Foreign Trade Promotion Committee of Gumma Prefecture and many other public service organizations of the same prefecture.
