Shin-ichi Okamura graduated from Economics Department of Kyoto University (1921).
Career
Shin-ichi Okamura entered Fujimoto Bill Brokerage Bank which later was renamed Fujimoto Bill Brokerage Securities Company (1933) and became its director (1942). Became director of the newly established Daiwa Securities Company (1943), its senior managing director (1949).
