Career
Shinichi entered the teaching profession to become principal of Matsuzato Middle School. He was a member of central committee of Japan Teachers Association.
Politics
Shinichi Kobayashi entered politics under the influence of Takeo Miki and others he was elected three times to House of Representatives on an independent ticket.
