Education
Shinobu Tsuda graduated from Tokyo Academy of Fine Arts.
Career
After graduating from Tokyo Academy of Fine Arts remained there as a teacher, first as assistant, then as professor till he was sent on a scholarship by the Education Ministry for further studies in Europe. Returning home and with the establishment of an industrial fine arts section in Teiten (government exhibition) was appointed a member of the display committee and later of Teikoku Geijutsu-in (Imperial Art Institute).
