Shinzo Okamoto graduated from Obama Fisheries School (1920).
Career
Shinzo Okamoto served at Nadaman Food Store at Osaka and Nihon Fishing Net and Ship's Fittings Manufacturing Company at Shimonoseki and later entered Hokuyo Suisan Kaisha (North Seas Fisheries Company) at Hako-date (1940). Became chief of Production Section of Hokuyobu (North Seas Department) of Nihon Fisheries Company (1945) and after successive promotions was appointed to the above-captioned post.
