Shiro Nakano was in 1907 Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

Left Buzan Middle School without graduating.

Career

He came to Tokyo and served first as member of Ushigome Ward Assembly and then as chairman of that assembly and thereafter became member of Tokyo Municipal Assembly. After the war was elected five times to House of Representatives.
