Career
Shiroemon Yokoyama became president of Toyama Nippo (Toyama Daily News) (1935) and president (1944) and then counselor of Kita-Nippon Shimbun (North Japan Newspaper). President of Kita-Nippon (North Japan) Broadcasting Company (since 1952) and Kita-Nippon Printing Company (since 1946). Assumed additional post of auditor of Nihon-kai (Japan Sea) Gas Company (1950).
