1928 graduated Yerevan Two-Year Party School, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Armenian. 1934-1935 studied at Sverdlov Communist Institute, Moscow. 1949 graduated two-year extension courses for executive Party personnel at Higher Party School, Central Committee, AllUnion Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
1950 completed corresponding course, Higher Party School, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
Headed USSR Supreme Soviet delegation: 1956 Syria. 1957 Iraq; 1960 celebrations marking Nigerian independence. Deputy, Armenian Supreme Soviet of 1947, 1951, 1955 and 1959 convocation.
