Always an active child, she excelled in sports and cultural activities at school. After her schooling in Chandigarh she went on to complete a course in fashion from the International Institute of Fashion and Design. She began auditioning as a model and got her first break in a commercial for Colgate.
She has been the face of numerous print ads and television commercials for a host of reputed brands.
Born and raised in Chandigarh, gorgeous Shobhita Rana began her modeling career for well known brands of print and television media like Parachute oil, Neutralite butter, Chings Foods, Reliance Trends, Colgate, Godrej, Paras Pan Masala, Axis bank, Docomo and various jewellery brands. To grab the attention of entertainment industry, model turned actress sizzled with her first Tseries music video "Newspaper Association of America HEERE NU SATA" which gave her an opportunity to make her acting debut with Punjabi blockbuster film "Ishq Brandy" (2014).
Thereafter the success of "Ishq Brandy" gave her a big shot into Bollywood which pipelined her with Viacom 18 Productions film "Gollu aur Pappu". Shobhita"s upcoming Punjabi Film "Canada Di Flight" is releasing on 1st April, 2016, in which she stars opposite Yuvraj Hans, popular singer Hans Raj Hans" son.
