Shoichi Kasuga graduated in 1928 Denki Gakko (electricity school).
Career
After graduating from Denki Gakko (electricity school) Shoichi Kasuga joined the Communist Party and began taking active part in their movement, as a result of which he was sent to prison for ten years. After the war was Chief of Communist Party's Central Committee for Kanto district and elected a member of the House of Representatives. He was arrested again after going into hiding (1950).
