Shoichi Kirispiima was patronized by the Iwasaki family, who helped him graduate from Tokyo University (1889) and then found him employment with the Mitsubishi Bank.
Career
Shoichi Kirispiima was appointed Chief Steward to the Iwasaki family (1917) and was concomitantly director of several companies including Meiji Life Insurance and Osaka Mainichi Shimbun. He was a Chairman of Tokyo Municipality.
