Career
He served successively as chief of Business Department of Tokyo Gas Company, chief of Business Department of Kyodo Kokusan Motor Company, executive director of Hino Heavy Industry Company, director of Motorcar Parts Manufacturing Company, Light Motor Industry Company, auditor of Tachikawa Gas Company, became president of Hino Diesel Industry Company (1946) and concurrently chairman of Hino Diesel Sales Association and Kinki Hino Diesel Motorcar Association.
