Shojiro Kojima studied at the Waseda University, which ha graduated from in 1925.
Career
In 1933 Shojiro Kojima became managing director of the Tokyo Rubber Company, in 1941 he was appointed director of the Musashino Railway Company and served as managing director of the company, and when the company was merged into the Seibu Railway Company became its president.
