Sigismund Iosifovich worked as an engineer in Voronezh, Pervouralsk and in Sverdlovsk region. Since 1974, he lives in the Crimea. His works were printed in the magazines "Pod'yom", "Yunost", "Berega Tavridy" (Simferopol).
