KTN Broadcasting is the first Sindhi Satellite television channel, it is very popular and broadcast in over 88 countries around the world. The focus of KTN is mainly news and current affair. As well as special reports and Documentaries within Pakistan and reported International Events in Dubai United Arab Emirates, Bangkok Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, London, Leeds, England, United States of America. Written articles, travelogues in daily Kawish Hyderabad.
Baloch gained qualification in Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science & Diploma in Journalism from Texas.
He also written articles on politics, culture, travelogues, social issues. Sikander Baloch speaks many languages Balochi, English, Urdu, Sindhi, Siraki, Punjabi, Thai and Hindi.
