Yeshiva University.
One of six children, Simcha began taking flute and voice lessons at a young age. After high school, he went on to study at Yeshivas Ner Yisroel where he obtained his Bachelor"s Degree in Talmudic Law and then continued for a Master"s Degree in Business at Loyola University Maryland. During these years, Simcha continued to study under some of the world"s greatest cantors at Yeshiva University in New York City, as well as study music in the famed Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
Since 2008, Leiner has been a sought after wedding and concert singer.
After releasing his breakout single "Kol Berama", he went on to reach international critical acclaim garnering over 250,000 views on that video alone, as well as over a quarter million view on his other songs and videos. Leiner has traveled the world bringing his unique range and energy to simchos and events.
He is also currently leading the tefillos at The White Shul in Far Rockaway, Queens on Shabbos Mevorchim and for other special weekends. On February 24, 2014, Leiner released his debut album, titled Pischi Li.
