Career
The player started off his career as a striker but in recent times has reverted to a central midfield position. He scored an 84th-minute penalty on the last day of the 2009/2010 season to keep Eastbourne in the Conference. Weatherstone was released towards the end of the 2010/2011 season.
He is currently First Team Coach at AFC Bournemouth.
