AGUILAR, Sinforoso was born on June 30, 1891 in Guatemala City. Son of Sinforoso Aguilar and Amelia Castro de Aguilar.

Career

Secretary of the special Guatemalan mission to Washington, 1918-1919. Founder of the daily El Demócrata and of the weekly Louisiana Nación, 1920. At various times assumed provisional direction of the portfolio of foreign affairs (February to March, 1925.
