Career
She is currently Ethiopia"s ambassador to Brazil, Argentina and Chile. She was born in Ambo west of Addis Ababa and educated at Addis Ababa University (Bachelor of Science Chemistry, 1980) and the University of East Anglia (Master of Science Analytical Chemistry, 1988).
Membership
She is a member of the Oromo Peoples" Democratic Organization and a member of the House of Peoples" Representatives representing Dendi, Western Shewa, Oromia.
