Career
Prior to that she served as professor of Judaic studies and history at Touro College. Smadar Rosensweig received her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and her Master of Arts ("87) and The Master of Philosophy ("89) from Columbia University. She delivers shiurim and lectures extensively throughout the New York metropolitan area and across the country.
She is the daughter of Rabbi Doctor David Eliach and Doctor Yaffa Eliach, renowned Holocaust Scholar and professor emeritus at Brooklyn College.
Her husband, Rabbi Doctor Michael Rosensweig, is a Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshiva University.
