She is best known for playing the role of Jo in lieutenant"s Complicated that aired on Channel V in 2013, and also for playing the role of Ritika Zaveri in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi on Colors television Khanna also performed in a Punjabi language film Jatt Airways. In February 2015, Khanna also portrayed the role of Reeva in Yeh Hai Aashiqui for Valentines Special Episode on UTV Bindass. And, she made a cameo appearance in Nadaniyaan in the same year.
Khanna is known to have gained fame through her postive-turned-negative role as Ritika Zaveri in Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi from July 2014 to February 2016.
