Warraich currently host Ek Din Geo k Sath on Geo News on every Saturday and Sunday. He used to share his expert opinions on a talk show Meray Mutabiq along with host Maria Memon, now the program"s host is changed. He belongs to Warraich clan of the Jat community.
He has been affiliated with GEO television since its inception and had started his career in journalism through print media in 1990.
Warraich supports left wing. He ran an election bus during 2013 election and interviewed several contestant and voters

Currently he comes on a programme Meray Mutabiq every Sunday, an opinionated interview/talk show based on Warraich"s analytical views on current issues along with Hassan Nisar and Iftikhar Ahmad.
