Career
She has been Chief Technology Officer and a corporate vice president of the corporation since 2006. Born in Leuven, she earned a master"s degree in electromechanical engineering at KU Leuven University, and moved to the United States in 1986, where she graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in electrical engineering from Cornell University. She joined Xerox in 1991.
She has praised Xerox for "creative a supportive environment for women".
Sophie Vandebroek has been a director of the board of Analogic Corporation since 2008 and of IDEXX Laboratories since 2013.
