Education
Sozan Sawada graduated from the designers' course of the Tokyo School of Arts (1905).
Career
Sozan Sawada went to the United States to teach at the Arts Department of Columbia College. After touring Europe, returned to Japan (1907), and established Sawada Designing Institute in Kyoto.
