Before establishing Trianz, Manchala was with Cisco Systems" Information Technology group. Prior to that, he had stints with Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler Consulting in its Silicon Valley office. And in manufacturing and distribution at Asian Paints, a leading paint and chemicals conglomerate in India.
Sri Manchala has a Bachelor"s Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Los Los Angeles
