Career
She retired from netball after the 2009 Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Championship. In 2012, Rosman became the assistant coach for the West Coast Fever, assisting the former Australian coach Norma Plummer. At the end of 2014, it was announced that Rosman would become the Head Coach of the Fever for the 2015 & 2016 Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Championship seasons, taking over from Norma Plummer.
Rosman becomes the first person to captain/play for an Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Championship side and then become coach.
