Palos was born in Johannesburg in 1977 but moved to London with her family when she was seven. Her father was Greek-South African jazz drummer turned retailer Robert Palos. Her mother is billionaire Tina Green, the wife of British clothing magnate Sir Philip Green.
Her parents are divorced. She has one biological brother, private equity investor Brett Palos and two half-siblings: Chloe Green, who released her own line of designer shoes under the TopShop brand in 2012 and Brandon Green. She attended Arts Educational Schools in Chiswick, London.
In 2006 Palos staged two art exhibitions, “Reaction” and “Soft”, both held at The Gallery in Cork Street, London.
In November 2010, How to feed a man, a cookbook by Palos, was published by Opus Media United Kingdom Limited. The book combines recipes with comments about kitchen essentials and ingredients, and also includes illustrations and her poetry.
