Education

1931 graduated Moscow Institute of Communications Engineering.

Career

1931-1933 at Industry Transport Research Institute. 1933-1936 at Design Bureau for Installations on the Moskva-Volga Canal. Since 1936 Works Superintendent, then Head, Moscow Branch, Steel Installation Trust.

Worked on organization of public services and reconstruction of the Luzhniki area of Moscow, and on the construction of sports installations at the Lenin Central Stadium.
