Specialist in electrification of agricultural. 1922 with Moscow Land Department. Since 1923 associate, All-Union Electrotechn.
Institute; supervised designs of electrical equipment for first stage of Moscow Metro. During World War II worked on electrification of industrial enterprises, transfered to eastern regions of USSR.
