Until 1938 school-teacher. From 1938 head, Propaganda and Agitation Department, Proletarian Rayon All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee, Moscow. Then head Propaganda and Agitation Department, Moscow City All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee.
From 1944 director and lecturer in Party history, Higher Party School, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1958-1964 deputy sci director, Moscow Oblast and Moscow City Communist Party of the Soviet Union Committee. Wrote a number of books and pamphlets on Party history.
