TELNY, Stepan was born in 1890 in Yekaterinoslav, now Dnepropetrovsk.
1914 graduated Yekaterinoslav Mining Institute.
1914-1919 did specialized work at Yekaterinoslav Mining Institute. 1920-1941 lecturer, Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute and Metallurgical Institute. During World War II lecturer and associate, Magnitogorsk Mining and Metal Institute and Ural Polytechn.
Institute; after World War II at Kuybyshev Industry Institute. Simultaneously consultant at following plants: “Dneprospetsstal” Plant, Lenin Plant, Zaporozhe Ferroalloy Plant, Ural Machine-Building Plant, Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, etc. Works on improving smelting furnaces.
