Education
Bienko attended the United States Air Force academy and was a member of their football team He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Villanova University, Pennsylvania. He competed as a decathlete for Villanova University and held the school record in the discus at 172’ 11” (5271m) from 1998 - 2005.
He was also a three-sport star during High School at the Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey.
He graduated in 1994.
Career
Bienko has built up College Hunks from being the owner of one franchise to 16 territories spanning four states in America. He started his professional career in the New Jersey State Police. He has held the following positions: Director of Marketing at Kennedy Funding, Incorporated.
A State Trooper with the New Jersey State Police, working in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Special Task Force Unit.
Senior Vice President at SequentialT. And a position with the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado.
He has also owned a variety of health clubs in America. He was also a Director of Advanced Loan Servicing Limited Liability Company, supervising the loan portfolio management team, a Founding Director of the Institute of Athletic Performance (International Association of Prosecutors), and a Director of Communications at Doyle Management Group. Foreign two full years, he did marketing for the 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist in the Decathlon.
He trained hundreds of professional athletes in all sports during the athletes’ high school years.
This resulted in almost 50 of them progressing to play for Ivy League institutions. He established the Institute of Athletic Performance, Rudolph, training over 100 NFL, MLB, National Basketball Association, Division I and professional track and field athletes throughout their careers.
Some notable ones included: former New York Giant Sean O"Hara, former New Jersey Net Kerry Kittles and Olympic gold medalist Bryan Clay. He was named Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association and was honored as Manitoba of the Year by Habitat for Humanity.
In addition, he has been featured on the following media: Administrative Management College, Bloomberg television, BRAVO, Fox Business, Fox News, Luxury Life Magazine, New Jersey Monthly Magazine, New Jersey Star Ledger, Wall Street Journal, The Tennessean and more.

Bienko grew up on a small farm in Northern New Jersey.
Today, he lives in Fort Myers and has three children. He is 6”4 and weighs 200 pounds.
Stephen also sits on the Academy Review Board for United States. Representative Rodney Frelinghuysen (New Jersey).
