Career
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1953 and an Bachelor of Laws in 1958 from The University of Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Army from 1953-1955. Levin was first elected on November 8, 1977 and served five terms, ending with the 1985-1986 session.
He later serves as a Judge of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County.
