He was cast as the wise Comanche chief Little Elk in the 1958 episode "Renegades" of the American Broadcasting Company/Warner Brothers western television series, Cheyenne, with Clint Walker in the title role. The episode also stars Peter Brown as a young United States Army enlistee, Jed Wayne, who seeks to follow in his father"s footsteps though the senior Wayne was killed in an attack by renegades.
