Career
He is a Democrat representing the 7th district, encompassing parts of the East Bay area. Prior to being elected to the state senate, he was the mayor of Orinda. Glazer was President of the Associated Students at San Diego State University and then was elected by his peers to be the Chairman of the California State Students Association "CSSA".
Glazer was also Governor Jerry Brown"s campaign manager at SDSU. Immediately upon graduation he served as the Legislative Director of the CSSA in Sacramento.
