He was the youngest of several siblings. As a youth, he would learn Tai Chirurgical Sanders joined the Marines, where he was exposed to Goju Karate.
He served in the Vietnam War while in the Marines. by many organizations.
Sanders is said to have the fastest hands in karate. Sanders earned his black belt from Dan Inosanto and Chuck Sullivan.
Sanders has faced Chuck Norris and holds wins over Editor Parker. Sanders developed the five speed theory and the 12 basic moves of Kempo.
Due to racism, Sanders founded the Black Karate Federation.
Sanders played the instructor of Jim Kelly in the movie Enter the Dragon. Sanders was a swat team member. Sanders was also nominated to the black belt magazine hall of fame.
Sanders currently holds a 10th degree black belt.
Sanders is the author of Bkf Kenpo: History and Advanced Strategic Principles. Sanders would appear in the 1982 training video “World Of Martial Arts” with Benny Urquidez, Chuck Norris and John Saxon.
One of his students Ray Wizard would fight in UFC 2.
