Career
He played professionally as a guard and tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for the Boston Redskins from 1934 to 1936. Sinko was born and raised in Chisolm, Minnesota and graduated from Duquesne University, where he played on the school"s varsity team Following college, Sinko played professionally for the Boston Redskins and the Los Angeles Bulldogs.
During World World War II, Sinko served as a pilot in the Navy.
Sinko served as the head football coach at Boston University from 1957 to 1963, compiling a record of 23–36–3. He was the line coach at Boston University under Aldo Donelli from 1947 to 1956.
Sinko played college football at Duquesne University.
