Suehiro Nishio graduated from Shibayama Higher Primary School (1904).
Career
Suehiro Nishio joined the Sumitomo Steel Manufacturfing Company as a laborer. Identified himself with the labor movement (since 1915). Served as vice-chairman of the Japan Federation of Labor, as chairman of the Kansai branch of same. Elected to the House of Representatives for the first time (1928). Attended the International Labor Conference in Switzerland (1924), also visited Germany, Soviet Russia, Great Britain France, the United States on his way back.
